Delivery
We offer delivery throughout the UK for a flat rate of £3.99 on all orders under £50. Orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery. Please note that free delivery applies to the total cost of the order, after any discounts or promotions have been applied.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of receiving them, and delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited delivery options may be available at an additional cost.

Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item(s) must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (such as an order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.
Exceptions:
- Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For health and safety reasons we cannot accept the return of intimate items such as that of personal care and underwear.
