Returns Policy

We understand at times you may change your mind about your purchase. That’s why we offer a simple 30 day returns policy to make the process as easy as possible for you.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item(s) must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (such as an order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.


  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • To maintain the health and safety of our customers we cannot accept the return of intimate items such as that of personal care and underwear.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) and confirming that they meet the return conditions.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item(s) received were defective or incorrect.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return Delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a recorded delivery service that includes insurance coverage for the value of your goods. We cannot take responsibility for any goods not received.

How to Return an Item:

  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.

  3. Enclose a copy of your proof of purchase with the item(s).
